Performance
The product has high purity, uniform particle size, spherical shape, good dispersion, high oxidation temperature and good sintering shrinkage.
Application
1. Metal nano lubricating additive: 0.1 ~ 1% nano tin powder is added into lubricating oil and grease to form self-lubricating and self repairing film on the surface of friction pair during friction, which significantly reduces the anti-wear and friction reducing performance of friction pair.
2. Active sintering additive: nano tin powder can greatly reduce the sintering temperature of powder metallurgy products and high temperature ceramic products in powder metallurgy.
3. Surface conductive coating treatment of metal and nonmetal: coating is carried out under oxygen free condition and at a temperature lower than the melting point of powder. This technology can be used in the production of microelectronic devices.
