Performance
Nano tungsten powder and ultra-fine tungsten powder were prepared by variable current laser ion beam vapor phase method. The particle size was uniform, the activity was high, and the specific surface area was large. The oxygen content of the powder could be controlled below 1% after passivation treatment. Nano tungsten powder is used in aerospace alloys, electronic packaging alloys, electrode materials, microelectronic films, sintering additives, protective coatings, gas sensor electrodes and so on. It is used to manufacture high-performance tungsten products and nano Wu wires. It has become an indispensable functional material in many high-tech fields to make high-performance ultra-fine nanocrystalline alloy and high-density alloy by using the excellent performance of nano Wu wire. The cemented carbide produced by nano tungsten powder has very high hardness, which is the frontier product of tungsten material.


Application
1. It is widely used in high specific gravity alloy, alloy steel, drill bit, anvil and other large products;
2. Nano tungsten powder with high activity can be used as the additive of raw material powder for high performance and high specific gravity alloy (the addition amount is from 10% to 20%) and the raw material additive for preparing w-bar and W-wire. It can also be used as the raw material of high-performance alloy, which can improve the properties of the alloy, reduce the sintering temperature and time, and save the production cost;
3. The nano tungsten powder can be used as raw material of nano WC to prepare nanocrystalline cemented carbide. Due to the special pore structure of the nano tungsten powder, it can be used as raw material of W-Mn method for ceramic metallization coating.
